What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the guest experience from the moment they arrive

• Greet every guest promptly with genuine enthusiasm — and sincerely thank them as they depart

• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism and care

• Proactively and thoughtfully manage seating to maintain smooth flow of service

• Provide accurate wait times and confidently manage guest expectations

• Answer the phone with upbeat, welcoming energy the caller can feel

• Maintain full knowledge of Chula’s hours of operation and general restaurant information

• Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties

• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of menus, restrooms, walkways, highchairs, and booster seats

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members and managers

• Look for opportunities to support teammates serving guests

• Maintain composure while multitasking in a high-energy environment

• Bring integrity, professionalism, and a positive, infectious attitude to every shift

• Strong sense of urgency — we move with purpose

• Ability to work positively and collaboratively with the entire restaurant team

• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, welcoming personality

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is beneficial, but not required

• We’re happy to train the right personality with the right energy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Compensation

• Starting wage: $14.00/hour

• Part-Time position available
