We had the chance to visit Chula’s in Prior Lake during their soft opening, and everything felt fresh, creative, and full of flavor. This is not your typical Mexican-Latin restaurant fare.
My husband adored his steak tacos, and the Topopo salad was amazing: crisp, bright, and so unique. I also caught myself envying everyone who ordered the margarita flights, which I will absolutely be trying next time.
Such a beautiful restaurant! I loved all the greenery! The margarita flight was so delicious and a great way to sample different flavors. I ordered the lobster mofongo and was in heaven! The lobster and its sauce were absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
The food was great. We had the wings and the pepper pork appetizers. I loved the unique flavors of the pepper pork and it was so special to try Manny's dad's recipe! The wings were cooked perfectly and had a great dry rub on them, but I would have loved a dipping sauce for them.
For our entree we had the Arrachera. The skirt steak had wonderful flavor and we will order this again. We are so happy to have Chula's in town and can't wait to go back again.
