🔥 Responsibilities

Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces according to recipe standards
Cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods with consistency and precision
Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Properly store food and rotate inventory according to guidelines
Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment at the end of each shift
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain timing and flow during service

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your station efficiently
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks during high-volume service

Ability to follow directions, recipes, and instructions precisely
Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment

🎓 Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

💪 Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment

💵 Compensation

Starting wage: $17.00/hour
