🌮 Floor Manager

🌟 Position Summary

The Floor Manager oversees the front-of-house dining experience during shifts by leading and coaching the service team, managing floor operations, and ensuring every guest receives seamless, high-quality hospitality.

🔥 Responsibilities

   • Take full ownership of the dining room experience during your shift

   • Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members in real time

   • Ensure every guest receives attentive, elevated service from arrival to departure

   • Proactively manage floor flow, pacing, and table turns to maintain smooth operations

   • Partner closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and communication stay strong

   • Step in to assist hosts, servers, food runners, or bartenders when needed

   • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

   • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation

   • Monitor labor efficiency and support productivity goals during shifts

   • Ensure all team members follow service standards and hospitality expectations

   • Support training of new hires and ongoing development of current staff

   • Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with upper management

   • Lead pre-shift meetings with clarity, focus, and positive energy

   • Bring integrity, accountability, and calm leadership to every shift

💪 Physical Requirements

   • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

   • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (bus tubs, trays, glass racks)

   • Ability to work in a high-energy, high-noise, fast-paced restaurant environment

🌟 Experience

   • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required

   • Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred

   • Experience in high-volume environments is a plus

💵 Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience: Starting at $22/hour

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
