🌟 What You’ll Do

• Own the guest experience at Chula’s — anticipate needs before they’re spoken

• Greet every guest promptly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm

• Enter orders accurately into our handheld POS system

• Elevate the experience through thoughtful, suggestive food and beverage recommendations

• Prepare beverages with precision, consistency, and pride

• Use proper glassware and ensure all ingredients and garnishes are fresh

• Maintain liquor inventory and keep the bar fully stocked and fiesta-ready

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

• Serve alcohol responsibly — card correctly and recognize signs of intoxication

• Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management

• Maintain proper uniform standards and personal presentation

• Bring integrity, professionalism, and a contagious positive attitude to every shift

🔥 Skills & Abilities

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with the entire restaurant team

• Solid beer, liquor, and wine knowledge — with a desire to expand your expertise

• Active listening skills to build relationships and personalize service

• Ability to multitask seamlessly between bar guests and service tickets

• Confident communication skills and an outgoing, welcoming personality

🌮 Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
  OR

• 3+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

💵 Compensation

• Starting wage: $11.41/hour + Tips

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
