🌟 What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the guest experience — anticipate needs before they’re spoken

• Greet every guest promptly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm

• Maintain proper uniform standards and professional presentation

• Accurately take and enter orders into our handheld POS system

• Confidently recommend food and beverage pairings that elevate the experience

• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity

• Complete all opening, closing, and side work duties

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all beverages served

• Act as the final quality check on food and drinks before they reach the table

• Maintain tables throughout the guest’s experience — attentive, polished, and proactive

• Serve alcohol responsibly — properly card guests and recognize signs of intoxication

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and managers

• Value and support the role every team member plays in delivering an exceptional experience

• Recognize when to multitask independently and when to ask for support

• Maintain a positive, contagious attitude — on the floor and beyond

🌶️ Experience

• 1+ years of serving experience in a restaurant with above-average volume
  Preferred:

• 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

💵 Compensation

• Starting wage: $11.41/hour + Tips
