🌟 Position Summary

The Service Attendant at Chula’s supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room. You help own the flow of the floor — clearing plates, refreshing beverages, assisting servers, and anticipating guest needs before they’re spoken.

🔥 Responsibilities

Take ownership of the guest experience by anticipating needs throughout the dining area
Maintain proper uniform standards and professional presentation
Greet and assist guests promptly with a warm, welcoming attitude
Clear and reset tables efficiently to keep service flowing seamlessly
Proactively refill water and beverages during the guest’s meal
Support servers with food delivery and table maintenance when needed
Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties
Maintain cleanliness of floors, dining areas, and common spaces
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and management
Maintain a positive, infectious attitude that reflects the spirit of Chula’s

💪 Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (bus tubs, trays, glass racks)
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping
Ability to work in a high-energy, high-noise restaurant environment

🌟 Experience

1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Previous customer-facing experience is an asset
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the hospitality industry

💵 Compensation

Starting wage: $14/hour
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
