See What’s Taking Shape at Chula’s This October!

Hey Chula’s family!
It’s another exciting month ahead here in downtown Prior Lake, and we’re thrilled to share what’s on the horizon as construction continues on Chula’s! October is a big one, the exterior of our building will truly start to take shape, giving everyone a glimpse of the vibrant new space that’s soon to come.
What’s Coming Up This Month?
Here’s a look at what our crews are scheduled to complete throughout October:*
October 10: Roofing work is set to wrap up, we’ll officially have a roof over Chula’s!
October 14: Skylights and floor pours are scheduled, bringing light and foundation to our interior spaces.
October 20: First-floor framing is expected to be completed, defining the layout of the restaurant.
October 21: Exterior metal panels will go up, adding structure and character to the building’s design.
October 23: Storefronts, windows, doors, and curbs are planned, it’ll finally start to look like Chula’s!
October 24: Asphalt work is scheduled to begin, shaping the parking and walkways around the property.
October 30: Exterior concrete will be poured, setting the stage for our terrace and gathering areas.
October 31: Masonry and brickwork are set to finish out the month, giving the building beautiful curb appeal.
Please note: This is a rough timeline schedule, and as with any type of construction, dates may shift slightly depending on weather or progress. Our team is working hard to keep everything on track!

With each week, Chula’s is transforming from plans and renderings into a real, welcoming space filled with color, energy, and heart. It’s amazing to watch the dream take form, and we can’t wait for you to see it, too!
