Food Runner

Acts as a liaison between the kitchen and the dining room, delivering dishes to the correct tables promptly and accurately. Age 16+

Service Attendant

Supports the service team by refilling drinks, clearing used plates, and ensuring tables are properly maintained throughout the meal. Age 18+

Busser

Clears and resets tables quickly after guests depart, maintains dining room cleanliness, and assists servers with basic tasks. Age 16+

Valet Attendant

Provides careful, professional parking and retrieval services for guest vehicles, offering a helpful and welcoming demeanor. Age 18+

Line Cook

Prepares and cooks menu items to exact Chef specifications at a specific station (grill, saute, etc.) during busy meal services. Age 18+

Prep Cook

Prepare ingredients ahead of time (chopping, portioning, making stocks/sauces), so line cooks can quickly assemble dishes during service. Age 18+

Dishwasher

Maintains the cleanliness of all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment while following proper sanitation and safety procedures. Age 16+
