Agave 101: An Agave Spirits Education Experience with Abby!
Whether you’re new to tequila or already have a favorite bottle on your shelf, join Chula’s Beverage Director, Abby, for an evening dedicated to the history, craftsmanship, and flavors of agave spirits.
During this interactive class, you’ll learn how tequila is made, explore the different aging classifications, discover what sets tequila apart from mezcal, and gain a deeper understanding of how production methods influence aroma, flavor, and finish. Abby will guide guests through proper tasting techniques while sharing insights, stories, and industry knowledge in a fun and approachable setting.
A $5 ticket is required to reserve your seat. During registration, guests will select their preferred tasting flight. Tasting flights range from $25-$50 and will be charged at the conclusion of the class. House-made chips and salsa are included with your ticket.
