🌮 Position Summary

The Valet Attendant at Chula’s provides safe, efficient, and professional parking and retrieval services while offering a welcoming, polished presence. You ensure every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away.

🔥 Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and open vehicle doors whenever possible

• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas

• Issue valet tickets and accurately record vehicle information and parking location

• Maintain security of all guest keys and vehicles at all times

• Provide directions and general information about Chula’s with confidence and professionalism

• Assist guests with personal items as needed

• Communicate clearly with the host team regarding incoming guest flow

• Maintain a clean, organized valet stand and entrance area

• Operate all vehicles carefully and responsibly, following traffic laws and safety standards

• Deliver a positive and memorable final impression as guests depart

🌶️ Required Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and polished demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to run or jog frequently between the restaurant and parking areas

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

• Ability to enter and exit various vehicle types quickly and safely

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.)

🌟 Experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• 1+ years of valet or high-end customer service experience preferred

• Must meet minimum age requirements for insurance eligibility

• 💵 Compensation

• Starting wage: $13.50/hour + Tips
